Picking Your Brain
We kick-off the process with a series of discovery meetings where your project manager and marketing manager assess your current email marketing goals and efforts including list sizes, marketing plan, and most importantly, results. We’ll leave this step with a better understanding of where we are and where we want to go.
Getting Our Ducks in a Row
Now that the Web Gumption team is up-to-date with your current email marketing efforts, we’ll perform industry research and develop your email acquisition, marketing, and automation strategy recommendations. We’ll present these to you, make necessary changes and then move-on to the next step.
Step 3: Design and Develop
Getting to Work
Next, we’ll begin putting together email creatives and work on the technical implementations needed to capture email addresses and integrate any systems as needed (CRMs, ecommerce systems, etc.). Once we have approval, we’ll begin the marketing program.
Step 4: Measure, Tweak, and Repeat
Email Campaign Optimization
At this stage, we’ll monitor all email marketing initiatives and tracking. Based on this data, we’ll make continual improvements with a goal of building a game-changing email marketing program for your business.
